Life in a Thai School "I have been teaching in Thailand for 15 years. These articles and photo albums are some of my experiences from teaching at Sriwittayapaknam School in Samut Prakan." - Richard Barrow |
These pages describe a typical day at our school here in Thailand. It starts with the arrival of the students and then shows what they do before school starts. Assembly starts at 8 a.m. every morning and then the students go up to their classrooms. The students have one break in the morning and one in the afternoon. Lunch is eaten in the classrooms before the students head down to the playground. At 3.15 p.m. the duty students have to clean their classroom. On Friday afternoons, the students take part in Buddhist chanting before going home. |
